Discipleship Guides is a ministry that exists to train followers of Christ in their personal discipleship, as well as their discipleship of others. This is accomplished through a variety of resources and services – from books and curriculum, to video trainings, to in-person seminars and speaking engagements, and more. Developed by ministry experts Dr. Teresa Welch Roberts and her husband Chris Roberts, Discipleship Guides impacts the church in big and small ways, while delivering new insights to individuals to help them grow in their faith.
Dr. Teresa Welch Roberts is professor of ministry and Christian formation, as well as program director of children's ministry, at Ozark Christian College. She serves as a vice president for the college, and has been an expert in children's spiritual formation for more than 30 years.
Chris Roberts is an award-winning journalist and published author whose works include novels, documentaries, magazine features, and short films. He has also been a youth and children's minister, professional speaker, and leadership development trainer for churches, businesses, and nonprofit organizations.
Dr. Teresa Roberts has released the highly acclaimed book "Raising Disciples: Leading Your Kids into a Faith of their Own." She has also developed a series of training videos for child discipleship and adult volunteers, in conjunction with Ozark Christian College's Next Level Video series.
